What if the kit I would like to purchase is sold out?

As a small business we try our best each month to predict demand of our monthly kits to fulfill as many orders as possible while keeping our cost manageable. Once an item is sold out unfortunately it will no longer be available.

 

When will my order be shipped?

We are excited for you to start scrapping with our kits, so orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.

 

How much is shipping?

For our Canadian and US friends we offer a variety of shipping options for you to choose from at checkout. Shopify offers discounted shipping rates, which we’re happy to extend to you.

 

Additionally, for anyone living in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada (and surrounding area) or may be visiting the area, we have a local pick up option available during checkout as well. 

 

Do you offer shipping outside of Canada and the US?

We have found that shipping outside of North America is quite expensive, and often more expensive than the kit itself, but if you like our kit that much don’t let that stop you from contacting us. Please email info@mercytiarakits.com or DM our socials. We’ll do our best to respond within 24 hours.

 

A Digital Download was included with my order, when will I receive my file?

You will receive any Digital Download (free or purchased) immediately after your purchase; sent to the email address supplied during checkout. 

 

What is your shipping policy?

We strive for customer satisfaction with any packages sent by Mercy Tiara Kit Club. We ship our kits in the smallest boxes possible, and offer the best rate we could attain as a small business.  We are constantly researching shipping options and will always bring you the lowest rates we can find. If you selected tracked shipping, once your order is shipped you will be provided with tracking information by email.

Shipping Notice for our American Friends: If you select "Small Packet USA Air" as your shipping option, your estimated delivery time given by the shipping calculator will be inaccurate. This is due to settings controlled by Canada Post which we have no control over.  Please note that Small Packet USA Air is untracked and may take 1-2 weeks for delivery. We recommend Tracked Packet for peace of mind, but it is usually a few dollars more.

What is you return policy?

Mercy Tiara Kit Club does not accept returns; all purchases are final sale.
